Shipping Policy

At Be Amazing NYC, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible. This includes ensuring that your order is shipped in a timely manner and arrives in excellent condition. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle shipping, delivery, and returns. All packages are shipped discreetly.

Shipping Methods and Fees

To ensure safe and timely delivery of your order, we work with all major shipping carriers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. We offer free shipping to all 50 states in the USA and its territories, as well as APO/FPO/DPO addresses for overseas military mail. For our international customers, we charge a flat shipping fee of $16.50 USD, and we offer free shipping on orders over $75.00 USD. Please note that we do not ship to certain countries (see list below).

Shipping Times

On our store's product pages, we have provided the expected shipping and fulfillment times for each product. The sum of shipping and fulfillment times will be the overall duration it takes for you to receive your item. Once you place an order, we wait until the following day (24 hours) to initiate the processing of your order, allowing you the opportunity to modify or cancel it before production commences, consistent with our commitment to sustainability. In the event of any shipping delays or service interruptions, we will inform you right away.

We provide the following estimated free shipping delivery periods unless the product description specifies otherwise:

USA: 3-7 business days plus fulfillment time
Canada: 6-12 business days plus fulfillment time
World: 10-20 business days plus fulfillment time

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking number.

Order Splitting

In some cases, your order may arrive in one or more packages, and you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package. Rest assured that we will do our best to ensure that your order is delivered to you as quickly as possible, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Shipping Insurance (Recommended)

Save yourself the stress and protect your purchases with our optional shipping insurance offered at checkout! We understand that your packages are important, and we want to provide you with peace of mind during the shipping process. Our shipping insurance, offered through Ship-Safely, covers your package from shipment to delivery, providing protection in case of loss, theft, or damage. By purchasing shipping insurance during checkout, you can ensure that your purchase is protected throughout the entire shipping journey.

Without shipping insurance, your package is at risk of being lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. Unfortunately, most delivery partners are not legally obligated to provide replacement of such products by law, leaving you without any options if something goes wrong. However, with our shipping insurance, you can rest easy knowing that your purchase is covered, and you'll have instructions on how to file a claim if anything happens.

We offer shipping insurance for both domestic and international customers, providing an added level of comfort and security. Don't let the fear of something happening to your purchase ruin your buying experience. Purchase shipping insurance during checkout and enjoy the peace of mind that comes with knowing your package is protected from any potential mishaps. With our shipping insurance, you can confidently shop with us and know that your purchase is in good hands.

Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during shipping, we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly and to your satisfaction. If you have purchased shipping insurance, your claim will be handled promptly through Ship-Safely.

Verification of Shipping Address
To ensure that your order arrives on time and in good condition, please double-check that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you do notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible so we can update it. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply for address changes.

Lost Packages
If your package is considered lost in transit, we will offer you the choice of either a replacement item or a full refund. For orders shipped within the US, we consider a package lost if it has not arrived within 8 weeks of being shipped, and tracking information has not updated in 5 business days. For international orders, we consider a package lost if it has not arrived within 10 weeks of being shipped, and tracking information has not been updated in 5 business days.

Damaged Packages
If your package arrives with visible damage, please take photos of the damage, and contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If the damage is minor and the item can still be used, we may offer you a partial refund. If the damage is significant and the item is unusable, we will offer you the choice of either a replacement item or a full refund.

Return to Sender
In the event that a package is returned to us, we will make every effort to ensure that it is delivered to you as soon as possible. If the package was returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you immediately to obtain the correct address and re-ship the package to you at your expense. If the package was returned to us due to an error on our part, such as an incorrect address label, we will re-ship the package to you at no additional cost.

If a package is returned to us due to your failure to pick it up from the post office, we will attempt to contact you via email or phone to notify you of the situation and inquire if you would like the package to be re-shipped to a different address. Please note that in such cases, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.

Refused Packages
If a package is refused and returned to us, we will process a refund for the cost of the products in the package, less any shipping and handling fees incurred. If the package was refused due to a damaged or defective product, we will replace the product at no additional cost to you. If you have a change of mind and decide to refuse the package, you may return it to us at your expense, and we will issue a refund for the cost of the products in the package, less any shipping and handling fees incurred, and a restocking fee up to 20% of the original purchase price. Please note that the returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

If you are entitled to a refund due to a lost or damaged package, we will process the refund as soon as possible. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

We hope that you never have to use this policy, but we want you to be confident that we are here to help if anything goes wrong during shipping. If you have any questions or concerns about our lost or damaged packages policy, please don't hesitate to contact us.

International Shipping

Please be advised that if you're placing an international order, you may be held accountable for any customs duties or taxes that apply to your purchase. These charges are determined by the customs office of your country and are not included in our shipping fees. We suggest that you reach out to your local customs office for further information, as the customs policy varies from country to country, and the fee is usually based on factors such as weight, value, and size. Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for any customs fees that may be incurred.

In the event that your package is unreturnable or rejected by customs in your country, we will issue a refund that is subject to a restocking and shipping fee of up to 20% of the original purchase price. The exact amount of the fee will depend on the circumstances of the return or rejection, and we will work with you to find a fair and reasonable solution.

Restricted Countries

We do not ship to the following countries:
Afghanistan, Belarus, Bhutan, Brunei, Burkina Faso, Central African Rep, Chad, Comoros, Congo, Cote d’Ivoire, Cuba, Djibouti, Ecuador, Equatorial Guinea, Ghana, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Kazakhstan, Kosrae, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nigeria, North Korea, Russia, Rwanda, Samoa, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Timor-Leste, Tinian, Truk, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Yemen, Zimbabwe

Return, Exchange, and Replacement Policy

We want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase from Be Amazing NYC, and we'll do everything we can to make that happen. However, if for any reason you need to return, exchange, or replace an item, we've got you covered. Here's what you need to know:


You can return any item within 14 days of delivery, starting from the day you receive it at your delivery location. We just ask that the item is in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with the invoice included in the return package. You don't have to give us a reason for the return, but we always appreciate feedback so we can keep improving our products and services. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable if applicable. You will have 14 days from the date of your return request to send the item back. If the error was our fault, we'll reimburse you for the cost of return shipping; otherwise, you'll be solely responsible for the cost of return shipping.


If you'd like to exchange an item, it should be in its original, unused, and unwashed condition. Just return the item to us within 14 days of its delivery date, enclosing the invoice in the return package. You'll be responsible for the cost of return shipping, but we'll cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to you.


If an item arrives damaged or defective, we'll promptly replace it at no additional cost to you. And if the error was our fault, we'll reimburse you for the cost of shipping for returns.


Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll send you an email to confirm that we've received it. We'll process your refund request within 14 days, but please note that the wait time may be longer if we haven't yet received the item. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment automatically. Alternatively, you can choose to receive store credit. We cannot provide refunds for shipping insurance purchased or donations made during checkout.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any return, exchange, or replacement request if the item doesn't meet the conditions outlined above. And unfortunately, personalized items can't be returned.
